[09:55:07] <wrbtrader> The worst struggles occurred after my hospitalization and rehab...trading look foreign to me
[09:55:45] <wrbtrader> I had to just study the markets for a very long time...watch price on the charts...do nothing but watch until I got that itch again to trade
[09:56:29] <Trendtrader> I know what you mean. It comes back very quickly though. You just have to be patient and not 'force' it. Every time I've forced it I've lost money.

[09:59:05] <Trendtrader> I know when I'm writing in my trading log and taking screen shots I sometimes get overwhelmed because things somehow are happening too fast.

[10:00:41] <wrbtrader> On the flip side...that same feeling of being "overwhelmed" is what force me to go on springbreak (vacation) to reset my mind

[10:02:01] <Trendtrader> Yeah that is really intense. I think a break after that is a good idea.
[10:02:01] <wrbtrader> My actual trading wasn't even on the radar...didn't feel anything in that...it was the CME Group Challenge where the emotions showed up
[10:03:41] <Trendtrader> Better to rest and take a break after that and reset as opposed to losing capital.
[10:04:05] <wrbtrader> Talking to my psycho therapist...I took it too personally in that trading competition when 3 other WRB Analysis traders outperformed me and then it got worst when one of them landed on the leaderboard that I didn't make it on
[10:05:17] <wrbtrader> Last time I felt like that was when I lost in the state tournment championship when I played sports in high school
[10:06:31] <wrbtrader> Anyways, I just want to drop by and talk a little...gotta go get ready for my fitness trainer to come by and work with me for about an hour. 45mins of intense cardio work and then 15mins of heavy weight lifting today
[10:06:54] <Trendtrader> I know that can be hard, however, just be proud that they did so well because of your techniques. If memory serves you did really well in the competition.
