With that said...Oil has been getting hit hard since December 15th 2006 and I didn't see any support/resistance zones until January 4th Thurs 2007. That's when one of our clients said he's looking for some support and will buy any bullish pattern signal that appears. The first bullish pattern signal appeared around 2:55pm est when Oil bounced off its lows of the intraday as shown in the chart below via a very long lower shadow (Long Shadow Family) that was an obvious change in supply/demand. The bounce was strong enough to take prices higher (not as high as the prior trading day) to reach a WRB profit target 3 level before the first bearish price action appeared to take Oil back down again. What's important to remember is that pattern signals from our trading reports are excellent s/r zones. Therefore, take a close look at the chart below and use the range (the price area between the high and low) of the White Hammer Line as the s/r zone. You'll see how price responded (bullish) within that range on January 5th Friday to set up another nice bullish pattern signal via the trading reports. Hopefully, our client exploited that s/r zone on Jan 5th Fri that was produced by the pattern signal on Jan 4th Thurs.
